What do Dale Jr. fans think of Mark Martin driving the 8 next year?

As a Mark Martin fan, I’d rather a different number. I’m worried that if I wear something with an 8 I’ll be confused for a Dale Jr. fan.
Answer… I wouldn’t worry about yourself being confused with a Dale Jr. fan. I personally think the number should be retired. Mostly because i don’t want another driver having his old number, No other driver has his dad’s number. I also think that him carrying on with the number 88, is bad because that is Dale Jarrett’s old number, and to me that number doesn’t do him or his reputation any justice. I hope that the number gets retired….but it won’t
